The aesthetic of this song reminds me of a fantasy I have, to establish a new genre. I want to craft a style of music that mixes cybernetic, glitchy, and industrial sounds plus the raw energy of a punk and metal band. We could call it “cyberpunk“, taken after the literary movement of the same name. I always thought it was weird that the word PUNK is right in there and nobody has ever made the connection. I feel like this song is a step in this direction, and progress on my fantasy.
Still need to experiment a bit more. Well, lets see what the future holds…..
